I called LLD to help my elderly Mom who lives in a retirement community (where they are constantly ripped off and sold jobs that they likely don't need).

Leo returned my call immediately, was honest, fairly priced, and a total professional and made my Mom feel completely at ease! He even brought my Moms dog a treat!! Highly recommend this company!!

LLD responded immediately to my call of my air conditioner not working during a heat wave! A new unit was ordered & replaced timely. They were professional, neat, and took necessary precautions to remove the old unit & bring in the new one.
